There are three basic types of contract that we can provide, but we will always work with you so that you get what you want from us. Not the other way around.

• We offer a basic service contract where we will make a given number of service visits per year. All parts and callouts are chargeable with this type of contract.
  
  
• The next level is a semi comprehensive contract. We will make a given number of service visits per year and callouts are not chargeable. You will be charged for any parts fitted.
  
  
• The top level is a fully comprehensive contract. We will make a given number of service visits per year and you will not be charged for parts or callouts. Using this contract, you can know exactly what your equipment maintanance is going to cost, with no nasty surprises!
